• Qualify welders and welding procedures according to industry standards.
• Conduct inspections across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
• Evaluate Welder Qualifications (LKs), Welding Procedure Qualifications (LMKs), and Welding Procedure Specifications (LMBs) with precision.
• Apply your welding skills to assess weld quality and offer solutions to manufacturers.
• Oversee the welding school and maintain inventory control.

• IWS qualified, with VTw2 preferred (or willing to obtain).
• Significant hands-on welding experience with various processes and strong documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, confident in providing technical feedback, and solution-focused.
• Proactive, a natural problem-solver, and capable of working independently.

• Salary range: €40,000 – €55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, with growth potential based on certification milestones.
