• Write QA/QC procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure product quality aligns with project specifications for large-scale and innovative projects.
• Independently or collaboratively execute quality assurance programs for clients.
• Oversee and monitor compliance with welding standards, ensuring on-time completion of inspections.
• Manage non-conformities and ensure timely resolution, while maintaining clear communication with clients.

• IWT diploma required, IWI-C preferred, or willing to work toward it.
• Extensive experience in QA/QC, particularly in welding or industrial settings.
• Strong understanding of ITP and non-destructive testing (NDT) plans.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, able to manage documentation and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to travel and work on international projects, with a willingness to work on-site and remotely.

• Salary range: €45,000 – €60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
