Looking for an effective management quality system? Our Lead QMS Auditor manages a team of QMS Internal Auditors, ensuring that internal audits comply with applicable standards, regulations and guidance (e.g., ISO 19011) and also that resulting reports are fair, impartial and useful. Our Lead Auditor is also responsible for selecting competent Internal Auditors as well as for providing them with information and other resources required for quality audits.

Our auditors are IRCA proof.

Our lead auditor’s essential qualities and responsibilities:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Participation in quality audits or management of a team of quality auditors
• Assessment of production processes regarding their compliance with quality requirements
• Periodical inspection and calibration of auditing tools (e.g. scales, callipers)
• Co-development of audit plans, audit schedules
• Organisation assessment (identifying effective processes, situations, etc. – where requirements are met  – as well as opportunities for improvement)
• Support of audit teams in developing audit reports; presentation of audit reports to top management (where needed)
• Co-development of follow-up audits (where required)
• Development of internal auditing/testing parameters
